Commercial Terms & International Export Sale Framework

These Terms & Conditions govern the browsing of this website and establish the general framework for commercial export transactions executed with PROBLENDS PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "Seller"), an incorporated entity in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
All export offers, product availability indications, and price quotations are subject to written confirmation via formal Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. Given the nature of agricultural commodity markets, quoted spot prices remain valid for the period specified in the official quotation document.
All agricultural spices, botanicals, and food ingredients are supplied in conformity with agreed international laboratory specifications (including ASTA, European Commission regulations, or US FDA parameters). Certificates of Analysis (COA) issued by certified NABL-accredited or Spices Board laboratories shall serve as conclusive evidence of contract compliance at the time of export dispatch.
Goods are packed in export-standard, moisture-proof barrier containers (multi-wall paper sacks, PP woven bags, or hermetic food containers). International deliveries are executed under Incoterms® 2020 rules (including FOB Indian Ports, CIF, or CFR Destination Ports) as mutually agreed in writing.
Commercial agreements and disputes arising in connection with sales shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
