Problends Private Limited supplies premium grade Nutmeg with shell, Nutmeg kernels (ABCD and Sound/Shrivelled grades), and Hand-selected Lacy Crimson Mace (Javitri). Harvested along river valleys in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, the fruit is split immediately to separate the radiant aril (mace) from the hard seed shell.

Both spices are naturally dried under controlled solar sheds to prevent mold and retain exquisite volatile essential oils such as myristicin and elemicin.
